‘Terms’ means our Terms and Conditions of use as well as other Terms and Conditions of affiliated businesses or websites (hereinafter ‘Affiliates’).
(2) TERMS OF AGREEMENT
By entering and forwarding your personal information to us, you are accepting the Terms. Please read both our Terms and those of affiliates.
(3) CHANGES IN TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We may change any part of the terms without notifying you. Any change becomes effective when it is loaded on our website or the affiliates’. It is your responsibility to follow the change to obtain updated information.
(4) ELIGIBILITY
- You need to be the owner of a credit card (hereinafter ‘Card’). You cannot use other people’s card.
- You confirm that you are complying with any laws of your area of residence.
- You confirm that the affiliate and its products are complying with any legal criteria.
(5) MEMBERSHIP REGISTRATION
By entering and forwarding your personal information to us, your purchase order or application is established.
(6) PAYMENT
After checking the total cost, you forward the payment. If it is a subscription for a mail magazine, etc, please check whether there is any amendment in prices as stated in (3) above.
(7) AUTHORIZATION OF PAYMENT
After your order is established, the third party that we sub-contract to for payment processing has the authority against your card to charge the price that you agree to pay. If it is a subscription for a mail magazine, etc, based on agreement between you and an affiliate, the sub-contractor has the authority to charge you over the interval and the length stated in the agreement.
(8) MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION
If it is a subscription for a mail magazine, etc, you are to follow the cancellation process stated in the terms of the affiliate. If any problems arise, please contact us here:
(9) PRIVACY POLICY
- We retain your personal information required for card payment processing.
- You are to check the relevant section in our Privacy Policy and accepting the content.
- If there is any change in your personal information, you are to contact us to inform us of the change as soon as possible.
- Our Privacy Policy and the affiliates’ Privacy Policy are different. Please check the affiliates’ Privacy Policy on their websites.
(10) RETURN/REFUND
The return/refund policies differ depending on the affiliate’s terms. You are responsible to check the terms and to accept their return/refund policy.
If they agree to return/refund, all the refund will be via charge back on your card. No other method including cash and cheque is available.
Apart from an affiliate’s breach of trade agreement and fraud, we do not make decisions on returns/refunds on our own. Please follow the civil remedy and discuss between you and the affiliate. If any suspicious activity is suspected by the affiliate, please contact us from here:
(11) SECURITY BREACH
In case of unauthorized use of your card, ID, password and email address by a third person, you need to report to us by giving us information on the duration and situation of the security breach. You agree to take responsibility for any unauthorized service until we receive your report.
(12) PROHIBITED MATTERS
･You agree to obey the affiliate’s terms when you wish to handover or resell it to a third person. If any breach of the affiliate’s rights and/or damage to their profit is revealed, you will not be able to continue using our system/service. In this case, we are not liable for any refund of the remaining fees or return of the product.
- If you breach the terms of ours or our affiliates and cause damage to our rights, profits or reputations, we may apply for compensation. Please read our terms carefully and be aware of it at all times.
(13) NOTICE
Any notice from us to you will be via email or as general information on the website. Any notice from you to us, otherwise specified, should be via the prescribed email form.
(14) DEFAMATION
You are agreed not to post, issue or display any defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, threatening or racial attacks towards us or affiliates or any illegal matters. Also, sending any information which breaches the laws of community and states is prohibited and this will be a breach of the terms.
(15) WARRANTY
We are not liable for any damage occurred by using our system/service.
(16) OVERALL AGREEMENT
This agreement includes the overall agreement between you and us. This shall replace any previous written or verbal agreement and any amendments shall be announced via notification from us. The terms remain unchanged after the completion of the terms unless these amendments are expressly stated. Unless stated differently in the terms, the agreement shall be subject to and construed in accordance with the laws of the country specified by us.
